Tuning: Standard

A tough one. This chord sheet is my reading for people who want to sing the
song and accompany themselves on an acoustic guitar. I tried to integrate
the organ (verse) and the harmonies (chorus) into the guitar accompaniment.
Capo 3rd fret makes for easier playing. Comments and suggestions for
improvement are highly welcome.
